Yulia Tymoshenko and her husband Alexander voted in the Ukrainian presidential elections in Kyiv, Podol, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the press service of the Batkivshchyna party.
“You know that today Ukraine moved the clock forward to spring time. I believe that we are also taking a step forward towards a successful, prosperous, European Ukraine. I believe that today begins a new historical advance of Ukraine towards peace, prosperity, and the happiness of every person,” she said after throwing her ballot into the ballot box.
In turn, the husband of the Batkivshchyna leader drew an analogy with Slovakia, where a woman won the presidential elections, and added that it should be the same in Ukraine.
