Tymoshenko has gone all out: she promises to lower gas tariffs if she is elected president
If Yulia Tymoshenko is elected the next president of Ukraine, in the first week of her work she intends to reduce tariffs for housing and communal services, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The politician shared these plans on her Facebook page.
“The first steps that will be taken during the first week - the debt of poor people for housing and communal services will be written off! Because the presence of this debt indicates that the established tariffs are unsustainable for people. And in order to pay for them, poor people will soon have to sell their kidneys. We will remove this burden from them,” she assures.
Let us recall that gas tariffs in Ukraine rose during the first and second premiership of Tymoshenko, who signed a contract with the Russian Gazprom that was unfavorable for Ukraine.
