Tymoshenko decided to surpass Poroshenko in religious extremism
The new government in Ukraine will stimulate understanding and tolerance between representatives of different faiths, however, separate liability will be introduced for the denial of the Ukrainian local church.
This was stated during the “New Social Doctrine” forum by the leader of the “Batkivshchyna” party, Yulia Tymoshenko, who ratings predict likely victory in the presidential elections, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Ukrainian state will do everything possible and impossible to establish the Ukrainian local Orthodox Church, which we will not only create, but also protect by all available legal means. We will provide severe penalties for any vandalism and calls for violence, and we will introduce liability for denial of our church.
We will give absolute support and reliable protection to our Ukrainian hierarchs, protect churches, and cherish understanding and tolerance between representatives of different faiths,” Tymoshenko said.
As PolitNavigator reported, on the Internet there was an opportunity to “shovel out” Yulia Timoshenko.
