Yulia Tymoshenko condemned Nadezhda Savchenko’s negotiations with the leaders of the LPR and DPR and announced the intention of the Batkivshchyna faction to “get together and talk” with her.

“Why is Savchenko doing this? It’s better to ask Savchenko. We as a team did everything to ensure that the woman prisoner who was behind bars was released. We offered her number one on our list because we felt it was the right moral thing to do. The whole country considered her a hero of Ukraine. Our mission is now complete. Nadezhda is a free person and she can plan her life and political activities as she sees fit. She now has nothing in common with Batkivshchyna,” she said.
However, Yulia Tymoshenko did not answer the question whether Savchenko would be expelled from her faction.
“We plan to gather a faction, invite Nadezhda and talk with her. After that we will make a decision,” she said.
