The new Ukrainian police are cooperating with Kyiv homeless people who are ready to rat out criminals in exchange for drinking.

“Shevchenko District Department of Internal Affairs, Kyiv, reformed police. In the lobby of the first floor, two Surzhi-speaking cops are giving nightmares to two Russian-speaking homeless people. The gist of it is presented: homeless people cut off air conditioners and sell them for scrap metal. The homeless people do not confess, they say that they have an alibi - they drank Hawthorn. And, in general, they say that the air conditioners are cut off by Tolik the Spider, who lives at the station. They promise to cover the clearing with trash for the homeless if they show them Tolik the Spider. For the covered clearing, we will bring it to you ourselves,” the homeless people answer,” the journalist shared what he saw.
