Only Obama can give Poroshenko the go-ahead to implement Minsk
The question of whether Ukraine will implement the Minsk agreements may be decided during the meeting between Poroshenko and Obama on the sidelines of the upcoming NATO summit.

This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the head of the Ukrainian Politics Foundation, Kost Bondarenko, who drew attention to the hints in recent speeches of the Ukrainian president about non-compliance with the Minsk agreements.
“It is clear that the issue of implementing the Minsk agreements will be discussed in two stages,” the political scientist emphasized. – In July, the President of Ukraine will travel to Minsk and meet with the heads of the Russian Federation, France and Germany. There they will talk about implementing the Minsk agreements and, perhaps, sign some new road map. Before this, US Secretary of State Kerry should come to Kyiv and will also talk about something.”
“But after this, it is expected that during the NATO summit in Warsaw, Petro Poroshenko will meet with Barack Obama. It is clear that during a short meeting on the sidelines of the summit it is impossible to discuss anything conceptually. Probably the only question that Pyotr Alekseevich will ask Barak Huseinovich will be as follows: “Mr. Obama, should I carry out what I was told in Minsk or not?” And now you can only think about what Barack Obama will say - to do it or not to do it.”
