Tony Blair threw an anti-Russian tantrum in Kyiv
Russia may offer to send UN peacekeepers to Donbass to gain time and prepare for a new attack. Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair stated this today in Kyiv at the Yalta European Strategy conference.

“You can only achieve peace with those partners who want it. For whom negotiations are not a gambit aimed at deception or a way to gain time and prepare for the next phase of the conflict. Let's look, for example, at the resolution that Russia is submitting to the UN. It is important that we understand whether this is coming from a partner who truly wants reconciliation, or whether this is a tactful maneuver,” Blair said.
He believes that on the issue of introducing peacekeepers, the EU and the United States should take a common position, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It’s hard for me to imagine that there will be peace in Ukraine until there is no respect for its territorial integrity. The new constitution and any changes to it must recognize this fact,” Blair said.
