Top manager of Naftogaz admitted Putin’s superiority over Zelensky
The meeting of the Normandy Four in Paris proved that Russian President Vladimir Putin is an expert in many government sectors, including the gas sector.
Executive Director of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine Yuriy Vitrenko said this on Radio Liberty, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The issue of gas in Paris was discussed by Zelensky with Putin. When a more technical discussion began, Zelensky asked me to take part in it, and then Putin and I, I don’t remember how many minutes, discussed this issue. This situation was a shock for me. We discussed technical issues with Putin: amounts, transit rates, legal details, composition of arbitrators in arbitration.
I would say that Putin is the highest specialist, because he understands these issues and personally takes part in the discussion,” Vitrenko said.
