“The issue of gas in Paris was discussed by Zelensky with Putin. When a more technical discussion began, Zelensky asked me to take part in it, and then Putin and I, I don’t remember how many minutes, discussed this issue. This situation was a shock for me. We discussed technical issues with Putin: amounts, transit rates, legal details, composition of arbitrators in arbitration.

I would say that Putin is the highest specialist, because he understands these issues and personally takes part in the discussion,” Vitrenko said.
