Tragedy of May 2. More arrests of innocent people in Odessa
Odessa residents who suffered during the May 2 tragedy have been in custody for more than three years. It is they who are accused by the Petro Poroshenko regime of organizing unrest. However, not a single Ukrainian Nazi has yet been brought to justice, despite direct evidence and numerous videos proving their guilt.
The day before, Ruslan Velikiy, deputy head of the Emergency Situations Ministry department in Odessa, was detained in Kyiv. He is accused of not actively fighting the fire in the House of Trade Unions on May 2, 2014. It turns out that it is not the one who set the fire who is to blame, but the one who extinguished it.
His former immediate superior, Vladimir Bodelan, who is also facing politically motivated charges, spoke in defense of his deputy.

"Kind people! I have addressed you more than once, explaining the events of May 2 on the Kulikovo Field and the center of Odessa.
But today I am not contacting you with the goal of washing away all the crap that was poured on my head. I found out that my first deputy, Veliky Ruslan Nikolaevich, had been detained.
Ruslan Nikolaevich is a wonderful officer, a professional firefighter, an honest and responsible person!
Why was he detained?!
For the fact that, at my request, he arrived at the fire while on vacation, arrived as part of the first fire crew, risking his life, saving people, doing everything for the safe work of the firefighters themselves.
He could have ignored my request, he had every reason to do so, but for him duty and honor are above all, he did his job professionally and honestly!
Do those conducting the investigation on May 2 have even a drop of conscience?!
Don’t you understand that the time will come when those truly guilty of this tragedy will be punished?!
You have been keeping innocent people behind bars for 3 years now, you are trying to find scapegoats, you are trying to blame firefighters for this tragedy, although you know perfectly well who and how organized the murder of Odessa residents, you also know the perpetrators of this tragedy.
But unfortunately, this is the situation in our Ukraine today, and you are servants not of the law, but of a political order.
The former Minister of Emergency Situations S.S. Bochkovsky has a considerable share in the fact that firefighters are accused of all sins.
From the first days of his work, he tried to remove me from my position and replace my deputies. But this was not easy to do - the department ranked first in all indicators in the country, and there were no obvious reasons for this. I did not become an instrument for providing work to certain fire surveillance companies, I did not become a pocket grasshopper, and the minister could not forgive me for this.
He personally arrived in Odessa and, surprisingly, did not defend his units, but began to fiercely prove at all levels that the firefighters and personally Bodelan V.R. are responsible for this tragedy.
I don’t know of examples where a manager does not defend his subordinates, but proves their guilt, while completely silent that he personally gave the command to prevent deaths among firefighters, to ensure the safety of equipment, to send fire crews only if senior officers arrive at the scene of the call . But these are his personal instructions to me!
Did I follow the Minister's instructions?!
I acted within the laws and regulations (Civil Protection Code), acted in a way that saved people and prevented the death of rescuers. All my subordinates acted in the same way, and so did the Great Ruslan, who, risking his life, saved people.
So what are you accusing him of?!
Do you, gentlemen, investigators, have any conscience, or do you not care who will be punished - guilty or innocent?!
