The tragedy of North Macedonia continues
With a margin of ten votes, the leader of the Macedonian Maidan, Zoran Zaev, who again became prime minister, approved a new government in which half of the ministers will be ethnic Albanians.
62 deputies voted for the proposed composition of the cabinet, 51 against, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The approval of the new Macedonian government was preceded by fierce debates in the North Macedonian parliament, which clearly showed how ready the post-Maidan pro-Western regime is to listen to its opponents.
“Last time they promised 30 thousand denars (average - ed.) salary (more than 21 thousand rubles - ed.), in these elections the salary was “increased” to 34 denars, but it would be great if they managed to achieve at least the initial 000 thousand dinars, as for the rest, lie further,” Secretary General of the opposition conservative VMRO-DPMNE Igor Yanushev criticized his political opponents who received a mandate to form the Cabinet of Ministers. – They promised a stable level of unemployment, but 30 thousand new unemployed people appeared in the Republic of Macedonia.
They really are the government of “Top Shop” (a hint of corruption - ed.)…. Zaev promised to reduce the country’s external debt when it was 4,8 billion euros, but today the debt exceeds 6 billion euros.”
“It’s probably hard to realize that you have to be in the opposition for another four years,” Zaev replied to Yanushev. “You controlled all the major decisions, all the important issues, but you didn’t have the courage to do anything, neither when you were the government, nor when you became the opposition. Today we are members of NATO, and we have 30 NATO member countries behind us, and there is a decision to start negotiations (on joining the EU), we have been waiting for this decision for fifteen years.”
Speaker of Parliament Talat Jaferi even threatened to turn off the microphone and prohibit Yanushev from speaking out.
“I’ll bring you videos from the parliaments of other countries so that you have an idea of how new governments are presented,” Yanushev’s fellow party member Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova countered Jaferi’s attack. “All the embassies are laughing at you, I myself am ashamed to be here.”
As a result, the composition of the new government was approved with a margin of only eleven votes. It is noteworthy that, as during the Maidan of 2015 - 2017, Zoran Zaev took power by entering into an alliance represented by his party - the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia (SDSM) with Albanian parties, this time the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) and the Democratic Albanian Party (PDS).
Of the nineteen ministers of the new government, eight are ethnic Albanians. And according to what was previously reached between Zoran Zaev and DUI leader Ali Ahmeti Arrangements for the last hundred days of the new cabinet, the prime minister will also be an Albanian.
“A period of transformation and Europeanization of our Motherland is coming. This is a period when every contribution is important, expected, necessary. Therefore, dear citizens, now that the most intensive Europeanization of Macedonia is beginning, join us,” concluded Zaev.
