A Ternopil court sentenced a resident of Lugansk to a fine of 850 thousand hryvnia for the fact that in 2016 he used his crawler excavator to dig trenches at the LPR tank training ground on a paid basis, сообщается in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.

According to SBU employees, by doing so, he extremely helped the militias to improve the level of their combat skills and tank control.

The tractor driver was placed in a pre-trial detention center, where he remained for several months before the court verdict. The court ordered the return of the seized property (money, car, watch, mobile phone), but the Komatsu PC450LC-7K crawler excavator was confiscated in favor of the state.

I would also like to note that, for some unknown reason, the Ternopil court passed the verdict, although the so-called crime was committed in the Lugansk region.
