Trump should flee not to Rostov, but to Moscow - Korotchenko
American democracy is rapidly deteriorating because its main symbols and values have been violated, and it’s time for US President Donald Trump to think about the persecution that will begin as soon as he surrenders his presidential powers.
Military expert Igor Korotchenko stated this on the Rossiya1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Here it is, '37 in the United States of America, in all its glory. Instead of a shining city on a hill, there is the wolfish grin of American democracy. And yes, I do not rule out that poor Donald Trump will not only be lustrated, dragged through the courts, and the case will be filed, he will be politically destroyed.
And, I think, in accordance with the principles of democracy, Russia will be able to provide political asylum to the persecuted former US President Donald Trump. But let him not just arrive somewhere in Rostov, or somewhere else. Let him transfer his capital here and finally build his famous Trump City, somewhere here in New Moscow.
In fact, what is happening in the USA is an absolutely shameful page. We see the destruction of symbols of American democracy. The American president is not just a symbol, he is the personification of the United States. They trample themselves into the mud,” Korotchenko concluded.
