Trump rejected Poroshenko's commercial proposal
Poroshenko brought to the United States a plan to purchase American military assistance through contracts for the restoration of Donbass. International columnist for the Kommersant newspaper Maxim Yusin stated this on the air of the talk show “Meeting Place”.

According to him, Trump did not accept this proposal because he does not see Ukraine as his top priority.
“The Ukrainians did not come to Washington empty-handed; they want to offer a business plan to Trump, since Trump is a businessman and he may be interested in just such a business component. The proposal is that when the Donbass, with the help of the Americans, is naturally returned to the rule of Kiev, 90% of all contracts for restoring the destroyed infrastructure will go to American companies... But the harsh reality is that Trump now has no time for Ukraine at all, he has other priorities international relations are built,” Yusin said.
