Trump has marked his territories in Eastern Europe. Ukraine is not there
The new American policy pursued by US President Donald Trump is not in the interests of Ukraine.

Kiev journalist Stanislav Rechinsky, a former press secretary of the SBU and ex-adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“It is dangerous to live in self-deception. Trump’s policy towards Ukraine can be expressed in a few words: “The cat abandoned the kittens - let them fuck as they want.” Trump, like a dog, has marked the border of his territory in Eastern Europe. And this was Poland. The dismissive meeting with Poroshenko is also very eloquent. This is not a meeting with an ally, or even a meeting with a vassal. So... purely business, coal, and no politics,” Rechinsky believes.
He also touched upon the topic of Western anti-Russian sanctions and the situation in Syria.
“The legendary “sanctions” against Russia seem more and more like empty words as time passes. No disconnections from SWIFT or anything more serious. I think that their essence was quietly abandoned long ago, leaving only the shell. The situation is similar in Syria. Assad is no longer an enemy for the United States. The only enemy is ISIS, which Trump is fighting shoulder to shoulder with Putin. And most likely, he will soon leave this territory, leaving it under the control of Russia, Turkey and Iran. The same policy of cats and abandoned kittens. Unless Israel marks it as its territory,” the author predicts.
According to him, such a policy does not bode well for Ukraine.
“How will this new US policy turn out for Ukraine? The fact that we will be left alone with Putin. Who needs a pro-Russian government in Ukraine. Essentially pro-Russian and any form. Therefore, I will not be surprised at early parliamentary elections, the unification of the DPR and LPR into some new entity, and even the fact that, for example, Azarov will lead this entity. As Ukrainian governor and senator of the new bicameral parliament of federal Ukraine. Will we accept this reality? And how will they push us into it? And how will we resist this?” Rechinsky laments.
