Trump deserves Russian order – Kyiv diplomat
In Ukraine, they believe that the policies of US President Donald Trump, in particular the withdrawal from the nuclear deal with Iran, which provoked a rise in oil prices, plays into the hands of Russia.
Thus, the ex-speaker of the information department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Voloshin noted on his Facebook page that the price of oil is already above $77 per barrel.
“I considered and still consider the theory of Trump’s collusion with Moscow to be an invention of democrats who have fallen into a puddle. But Donald deserved the Order of Friendship of Peoples for breaking the deal with Iran. After all, what will happen next is the withdrawal of Iranian oil from the market. And “don’t make him laugh Javelins,” Voloshin wrote.
In turn, Kiev political scientist Dmitry Korneychuk in his blog asks the question: will oil prices, which jumped after Trump broke the agreement with Iran, go down?
“If not, then it seems that I did not predict one more aspect of the Trump-Putin “Big Deal”: the active filling of the Russian budget with “petrodollars” during the crisis,” writes Korneychuk.
