Militants of the Ukrainian armed forces are trying to leave surrounded Mariupol in a stream of civilians.
The video was published by RIA Novosti, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The footage also shows a man in a red fur coat and blue skirt being taken out of the back of the truck.
