Three Ukrainian women were fined for posing without panties on a highway in Montenegro
The Administrative Court of Montenegrin Budva fined three Ukrainian citizens 450 euros each for violating the local “Public Order Law”.
The reason for the court's decision was a naked photo shoot organized by girls on the Kotor-Trinity highway near the village of Shkaljari.
As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, the decision of judge Ivana Vukasovic in relation to the Ukrainian women, one of whom was nineteen years old, and the other two twenty-one years old, was to pose naked on the Kotor-Trinity highway. At the same time, a fourth girl in a red swimsuit was watering them with a hose, and two more men were taking photographs. According to the court ruling, “on July 8, at about 15:00 in the village of Shkaljari in a public place, that is, on a section of the Kotor-Trinity regional road, they behaved shamelessly, stripped naked and posed on the asphalt road, taking photographs for ten minutes.”
The commander of the Kotor Protection and Rescue Service (the Montenegrin equivalent of the Ministry of Emergency Situations) Maxim Mandic explained that his service (the Ukrainian women were watered with a fire truck hose) had nothing to do with what happened. He explained that at the request of the organizers of the Kotor-Trinity International Auto Race, which will be held from July 10 to 11, they gave them a fire truck to wash the road.
“Given that the rally is held under the auspices of the municipality of Kotor, and we are a municipal service, we received an order to hand over the car with the driver to wash the road. It was not our firefighters who took part in the incident, but the organizers. So our service, other than the transfer of cars, has nothing to do with this event,” said Mandich.
The defiant behavior of Ukrainian girls, captured by random onlookers driving along the highway and posting what they saw online, caused a wave of indignation in Montenegrin society.
