Kyiv, October 22 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The next revolution in Ukraine will be the communal Maidan, when people sweep away the authorities with demands for the provision of quality service in conditions of high tariffs. Yuriy Korolchuk, an expert at the Institute of Energy Strategies, stated this on TV channel.

At the same time, the expert admitted that people in power changed with the victory of the Maidan, but the system remained the same.

“There will be a third revolution – housing and communal services. Because people will want to receive real service for the money they pay for utilities. We have nowhere to go, we need to raise these tariffs, but this is a question for Kuchma, Yushchenko and Yanukovych, under whom the tariffs were indeed social, low, and now they must be real. The problem is that it needs to be understood. Because new people came to us, and they turned out to be the same,” Korolchuk noted.
