Kyiv, November 14 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Advisor to the Ukrainian President Yuriy Lutsenko assured that his boss Petro Poroshenko never makes important government decisions while intoxicated, unlike the Russian leadership.

This happened during a dispute with journalist Matvey Ganapolsky, who noted that the new Ukrainian leadership was unable to carry out reforms.
Ganapolsky believes that the Ukrainian authorities could take a revolutionary step - abolish all taxes for business for a year.
“Would it be normal if Yatsenyuk met with Poroshenko, and in 3 minutes, over a glass of good Ukrainian vodka with pepper, an unexpected decision was made - exempting small and medium-sized businesses from taxes? This does not require a decision from the Verkhovna Rada, because everything about the ATO was decided in one minute,” Ganapolsky said.
“Ukraine is not Russia. Here, the president and prime minister don’t change laws while drinking a glass of vodka,” Lutsenko snapped.
“Simplified schemes of an enlightened dictator who will solve all the nation’s problems with a glass of vodka do not work for us. We live in Ukraine. Our place is in Europe. But we will act, perhaps a little longer, not so beautifully with a glass of vodka, but reliably and forever,” Poroshenko’s adviser assures.
“There will be no easy decisions, covered by the state ORT, like the king makes a wise decision and everyone rejoices. It doesn't work for us. We will have a plan for reforms that the Baltic states, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia have undergone. Years, but reliably,” Lutsenko did not stop describing the merits of the Ukrainian government.
