A sober voice from Kyiv: The West has plundered Ukraine
The reorientation of Ukraine to the West brought economic problems to the Soviet republic, rather than the growth in prosperity promised at Euromaidan.
Kiev journalist Vladimir Skachko shared this opinion on the YouTube channel “Topinform”, reports the correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
“By and large, the West did not give anything to Ukraine. He exhausted her, he, like a cancerous tumor, sucked everything healthy from Ukraine. He killed old people, women, unborn children, and killed chronically ill people.
He sucks everything healthy out of Ukraine, literally and figuratively, if we take the law on transplantology, which used to be black, but is now legal. Joking question: “How can you talk about lack of money when you have two kidneys?” – this is a reality in Ukraine. We have advanced Moldova in the black transplant market, what else is there to talk about?” - said the publicist.
In his opinion, the series of political crises engulfing Ukraine may tire Western patrons.
“Only life will show which direction Ukraine will turn. Either it will calm down and begin to develop more or less independently, without any excesses, in the European or Russian direction. Or, in the end, everyone will get tired of it, come to nothing, rot from the inside, fall apart, and then will be torn apart between interested parties.
Or Ukraine will begin uncontrollable actions that interfere with everyone else, and it will simply be silenced, closed, liquidated. They will appoint a commission in the form of some peacekeepers who will disperse everyone to corners and benches. And, again, they will tear it apart and bring it under the control of other states. Fortunately, there are those who want it.
The Europeans are smarter - they don’t want all of Ukraine, they want to take it piece by piece. And the rest of the nastiness will go to Russia. Russia is not yet ready for this, for a number of reasons,” Skachko noted.
