“I recently watched in Mariinsky Park how three homeless people were driven away from the fountain by 17 police officers - I specifically counted them. Imagine the resource efficiency and efficiency of these police officers. Although one would be enough for the work there. Moreover, these policemen have already been pushed with sticks. That is, 17 people are forced to use special means to drive three homeless people away from the fountain,” Belashko added.
