Tuka is afraid of the desacralization of the Maidan to the level of Bandera dances
The new Ukrainian government has launched a large-scale campaign to level out all the achievements of the 2014 Maidan.
Former Deputy Minister of “Occupied Territories Affairs” Georgiy Tuka stated this on his video blog, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In general, as far as I understand, Mrs. Venediktova now faces two main tasks. The first task is to filter the untouchable and untouchable, that is, those against whom criminal cases should be initiated, even such ridiculous ones as, for example, the accusations against Petro Poroshenko of illegal seizure of power.
On the one hand, this is to hide cases that are being brought against the henchmen of the current government.
And the second task is what is called the desacralization of the Maidan, which the initiator of all this, Andrei Portnov himself, has repeatedly said.
By initiating criminal cases against participants in the revolution of dignity, the current government is trying to change the discourse in Ukrainian society, to replace the concept of “revolution of dignity” with, as the Russian underdogs themselves say, “the rebellion of Bandera’s followers,” thus neutralizing all the achievements of the 2014 Maidan.
In this context, it seems absolutely logical to initiate a criminal case against Tatyana Chernovol“Tuka worries.
