Turchinov announced the introduction of a humiliating procedure for Russian citizens
In the near future, Ukraine will change the rules for access to its territory for Russian citizens - only holders of biometric foreign passports will be allowed in, and their fingerprints will be taken at the border.
This was stated by Security Council Secretary Alexander Turchinov when visiting a border detachment in the Kharkov region.

According to him, “the border of civilized Europe begins here... Therefore, the border must be reliably protected and technically equipped. For the enemy it must become an insurmountable European rampart,” he said.
“The leadership of the border guards reported to the Secretary of the Security Council on preparations to ensure that citizens of the Russian Federation cross the Ukrainian border only with international biometric passports, as well as technical support for their identification (taking fingerprints),” Turchynov’s press service reports.
The official, while inspecting the border post, noted that “at the dominant height there is a combat stronghold with serious weapons, which, in the event of military aggression, will make it possible to restrain the enemy until the arrival of the National Guard and the Armed Forces.”
Turchinov’s press service published this photo either by mistake or due to ignorance of English. The inscriptions on the monitors of the Ukrainian border guard read: “Connection lost.”
Turchynov also said: “A temporary detention cell is provided for violators, equipped according to European standards. We kindly ask you not to show it to the Russian media, because Russians who want to relax in this cell, which is not inferior in quality to many Russian hotels, will be trampled across the border.”
