Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov today, at a meeting with the Romanian Minister of Defense Mihnea Motoc, called Romania a “reliable partner and ally”, which, as is known, for several years, with the help of legal disputes, “squeezed” the oil and gas shelf from Ukraine in the area of Zmeiny Island, and is also giving away its passports for residents of Bukovina and Bessarabia, as previously repeatedly reported by the media.
