Kyiv, July 21 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Tomorrow the Verkhovna Rada will accept an appeal to the world’s parliaments with a proposal to join forces “in the fight against terrorism,” said Speaker Alexander Turchynov.

“Appeal to all civilized countries to unite efforts to combat terrorism... Russian military and mercenaries have already received the status of international terrorists along with their leaders - the Kremlin bin Ladens will bear full responsibility and will be punished for their bloody deeds,” said the head of parliament.

“The main terrorist is Putin, everyone should understand this,” said the head of the Batkivshchyna faction, Sergei Sobolev.

Turchynov told the assembled deputies that Ukrainian troops were conducting “offensive operations in the Donbass, the city of Rubezhnoye was liberated... Lisichansk and Severodonetsk are next in line.”
