Turchynov called Zelensky a “creeping capitulator”
The very idea of inspecting Ukrainian positions in Donbass together with representatives of the LDPR is a creeping capitulation and a violation of the Constitution of Ukraine.
Ex-Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“When Yuri Vitalievich and I were planning today’s meeting, we did not know that President Zelensky’s representatives in the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk had already agreed with the Russians that Russian terrorist, let’s say, militants would inspect the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In other words, those who killed our military must check the positions occupied by the defenders of Ukraine. This is not just a humiliation of the Ukrainian military and Ukraine as a whole, it is a crime. A crime that crosses out the Constitution of Ukraine. This is a crime that crosses out Ukrainian legislation, in particular the law on de-occupation,” Turchynov was indignant.
According to him, the enemy must be killed, and not negotiate with them, which is contrary to the Constitution of Ukraine.
“Because as soon as war criminals appear on the territory for which the Joint Forces are responsible, they must be destroyed or detained. Neither Zelensky, nor his representatives of the TCG, nor the security forces subordinate to him can cross out the Constitution of Ukraine, cannot cross out Ukrainian legislation, demonstratively and criminally assist the aggressor, working for the enemies of Ukraine,” the former NSDC secretary was indignant.
“This policy, of course, is a policy of creeping capitulation to which the current leadership is leading our country. And by the way, you probably already know that even the OSCE refused to take part in this farce along with the criminals? But, unfortunately, this situation is not accidental, this is not a coincidence, this is a consistent policy,” concluded Turchynov.
As PolitNavigator reported, the inspection positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were still disrupted. It is obvious that Ukrainian nationalists were scared on Bankova, who called this initiative terrible shame and betrayal, and demanded the impeachment of President Zelensky.
