Kyiv, May 13 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Russia’s plans to destabilize the situation in Donbass have completely failed, Ukraine will continue the “anti-terrorist operation” in the region.
This was announced at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday by the acting President Alexander Turchinov.

“The plans for the Russian Federation have completely failed,” he said, adding that the military operation of the Ukrainian army and special services in the Donbass will continue, since “the activities of numerous terrorist groups continue in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.”
“As a result of the criminal actions of terrorist groups, officers and soldiers, civilians are dying,” Turchinov said and invited deputies to honor the victims with a minute of silence.
He also said that today Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk is on a visit to Brussels, where he is negotiating to receive assistance in the amount of 1,6 billion euros and a simplified visa regime.
