This was announced by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexander Turchynov, who arrived at the site of active hostilities in the Avdiivka area, the NSDC press service reports.
“Due to the aggressive actions of Russian hybrid troops, who are deliberately exacerbating the situation, we must be ready to respond to any provocations along the entire line of contact,” Turchinov said.
Let us remind you that in Avdeevka, the Ukrainian authorities have declared a state of emergency and are intimidating the local population with the prospect of forced evacuation.
