He said this in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine agency, commenting on the information that Russia allegedly offered Ukraine to recognize Crimea as Russian in exchange for writing off a $100 billion debt.
“We don’t trade territory. Therefore, we will return Crimea and sue for 100 billion,” said the NSDC Secretary.
