Türkiye refused to help Ukraine reduce dependence on Russia

Kyiv, June 03 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Official Kyiv has failed to obtain consent from Turkey for the passage of liquefied gas tankers.
“Everything comes down to the straits, which are almost impossible to pass through,” Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced today at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.
He admitted that negotiations with Turkey could not be completed successfully for Ukraine.
