“Instead of dealing with the issues of arrangement and development of its people in the current modern realities, the Mejlis is paying more and more attention to international projects that not only do not bring benefits to the people, but also contain risks for them. These projects increase the influence of foreign powers on the Crimean Tatar people and their leaders. Policies aimed at the development of the people should come from Crimea and Simferopol, and not from London, Washington or Berlin,” the head of the Federation of Crimean Tatar Societies of Turkey is confident.
