Let us recall that Kozenko proposes, based on the decree of the President of the Russian Federation on the recognition of documents issued in the LPR and DPR, to abolish the need to obtain labor patents for residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.
“The forum participants decided to post the text of the appeal on the website of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, and also send it to the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin,” the press service reports.
“The adoption of this bill will not only be another manifestation of humanity, confirming that the Russian Federation does not leave our compatriots in the Donbass in trouble. In the conditions of the economic blockade imposed by Ukraine, the ongoing hostilities, and the most difficult socio-economic situation, for the majority of residents of the LPR and DPR, the opportunity to earn extra money in Russia is vital,” the text of the appeal says.
