The main difference between Russian citizens in the EU and Ukrainians is that the former, for the most part, are tourists, and the latter are “work migrants”.
About this on your page in Facebook writes ex-deputy of the Odessa City Council Igor Dimitriev, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Do you know what the difference is between Russian and Ukrainian citizens in Europe? Not contrived differences in culture and language, but real, socio-economic differences. Russians are mostly tourists, and Ukrainians are mostly staff. Clearly, there are exceptions. And I’m not saying that all Russians are rich and Ukrainians are poor. But from the local point of view, the difference is this. Here’s European integration for you, grandma,” he writes.
