The Turkish Ministry of National Education has expanded the list of foreign languages for study in schools, adding Ukrainian and Bulgarian to the list, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the Anadolu publication.
The corresponding decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkey was published in the official government gazette Resmi Gazete.
In accordance with Article 2 of Law No. 2923 on teaching foreign languages, Ukrainian and Bulgarian are included in the list of foreign languages for study in Turkish schools.
