"Creature!" – a new dossier on a Nazi collaborator in Kherson has been published

Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko continues to compile and publish a dossier in his native Kherson region on collaborators of the Ukrainian Nazi regime that was established as a result of the 2013-14 coup d’etat.

“I continue to publish materials about politicians and high officials involved in the 2014 coup in Ukraine. I pay special attention to my Small Motherland - the Kherson region, and to those who are destroying it today.

The resignation of Petro Poroshenko from office does not mean anything while many of those who came to power thanks to the same Poroshenko and the bloody Maidan are still sitting in their chairs.

The people's life is still just as bad as it was recently. There are no changes for the better! And it is not expected, since it is not known when those same “Poroshenko chicks” will be replaced in power.

This time I will say a few words about the mayor of Kherson (city mayor) Vladimir Mykolayenko.

Let's start with the "face photograph". You can’t even tell from it that this subject poses a special danger to everyone who lives in Kherson and Ukraine. Small eyes, a wrinkled face, a bent figure with narrow shoulders and a shuffling gait make not only the appearance of this official pathetic, but also, in principle, clearly do not characterize the owner of this “face” positively.

But the appearance of the creature, in its deepest essence, is very deceptive!

Mykolayenko made his career for many years as a party functionary of Yulia Tymoshenko’s Batkivshchyna party. But at the last local elections, he “jumped” from this party, since he was exposed publicly in political “ratting” - the creation and registration with the Ministry of Justice of his own separate “Volodymyr Mykolayenko Party.”

This speaks volumes about the great corruption in his political biography and the fact that he has puppeteers, such as Karabas Barabas.

But, realizing that he is not a person, has never created anything great, and is unlikely to ever be elected to a decent position, Mikolaenko committed a very big crime - to participate in the unconstitutional coup d'etat of 2014. In order to illegally acquire for himself something that would never have been possible for him under the law.

Everyone who wanted this saw how Mikolaenko, literally since November 2013, on a daily basis, took microphones to the steps of the Kherson Regional State Administration building, called and attracted to participate in everyday political shows, then “priests” of the schismatic “church” of the “Kiev Patriarchate”, then pre-prepared provocateurs, about whom most people know nothing, but who, with lies, fake news, calls, rocked the confrontation in society - rocked the Maidan.

Also, money passed through Mikolaenko, as it later turned out, precisely from those five billion dollars that came to Ukraine through the US State Department to prepare and organize a coup. For this money, Mikolaenko looked for people, as a rule, from the marginalized, and in dire financial need, and they were attracted to participate in actions and events on the Kherson Maidan and on the Maidan in Kyiv.

And, if you follow the logic of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and many other similar codes in many countries, then Mikolaenko’s role looks exactly like complicity in a gang, a robbery group, where the criminal roles between the organizers, performers, accomplices, informers, gopniks, mokrushniks, scammers and all sorts of another criminal evil spirit.

Specifically, investigators should have a lot of questions for Mikolaenko, especially starting from February 28, 2014, when Mikolaenko, as part of a gang of participants from the so-called “Kherson self-defense”, broke into the office of the acting. Kherson mayor Zoya Yakovlevna Berezhnaya. Together, among other things, with the Nazi scumbag Deniska Loshkarev, who was subsequently killed in the Donbass. Mikolaenko notified the Kherson mayor, who had been convicted of legal authority, and also a woman, Berezhnaya, that “her powers have been exhausted” and that she must vacate the office. And Mikolaenko himself sat down to rule it! It’s kind of like “sailor Zheleznyak”. Without any right or reason!

If somewhere in the USA, Germany. In Great Britain, France, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and other countries, this would have passed, and if they said it with a bang, it could be perceived as a “European standard.” But there, in these countries, such cases, for some reason, are brutally suppressed! Why was this allowed in Ukraine? Why is this not possible there in Europe, but in Ukraine it is possible? But these are the real, primitive “DOUBLE STANDARDS”. This also confirms that the United States and its Western partners do not respect the citizens of Ukraine at all. But, on the contrary, it confirms that for them we are people of the lowest grade, expendable material, and a stupid, primitive means for solving their global strategic tasks of creating the tension they need on the borders with Russia, and even starting a war with Russia through the hands of part of the historically common people, instilling in the inhabitants of Ukraine that they are very different from the Russians, and these Russians, as enemies, must be destroyed before they destroy the “great ukrov”. Complete nonsense!

But with the seizure of power and all repressive bodies by representatives of the Bandera junta, who are terrorizing the population, this nonsense has become a cruel reality for the sixth year in a row.
But in addition to completing the stupid and primitive tasks of the Maidan, the mayor of Kherson Mykolayenko is also engaged in “applied types” of criminal lawlessness on a large scale.
He mercilessly depletes the budget. Kherson is in decline. Not only is there no hot water, as was customary during the time of the Ukrainian SSR, but there is no longer cold water in many homes of Kherson residents. It is turned off due to the inability of residents to pay for the services of the city water utility, which are constantly becoming more expensive, especially since 2014. If in any other country in the world the population takes to the streets when tariffs increase by several percent, then in Kherson the price of cold water supply and sewerage has increased significantly! And this despite the fact that the size of real wages and pensions is constantly declining.

Until recently, the resort-industrial pearl of the South of Ukraine, at the hands of such scumbags as Mikolaenko, turned into a big dirty garbage dump. The streets are not cleaned! There are no wipers at all. Driving around the city is dangerous, as intersections are filled with an unremovable mixture of pebbles, dust and sand, so that cars have difficulty moving and do not brake dangerously. Taxes for road maintenance and money for improvement are included in the budget annually. Their receipts from car drivers and taxpayers amount to tens of billions of hryvnia. But it is IMPOSSIBLE to notice their intended use somewhere!

What does this mean? And that as a result of the coup d'etat, such a gangster anti-people gang was created, the members of which very diligently cover for each other. Policemen, prosecutors, SBU officers, bandits and professional criminals are ONE WHOLE ENTITY IN KHERSON today. And, if this mutual guarantee is not broken, then the gang ruling Kherson will simply destroy the still living, but rapidly degrading city.

In Kherson, there is a list of utility companies through which Mikolaenko embezzles budget money and launders criminally raised amounts of money through fraud, racketeering, extortion, etc.

GKP "PUVKH Kherson" (Gorvodokanal), KP "Khersongorsvet" external lighting electrical networks, KP "Parks of Kherson", KP "Dneprovsky", GKP "Khersonelectrotrans", KP "Kherson Municipal Transport Service", KP "Economic Organization Bureau of Urban Aesthetics environment and outdoor advertising", KP "Dorozhnik" and others.

For example, on May 6, 2019, about a hundred indignant Kherson drivers came to the mayor’s office to express to the mayor their dissatisfaction with the poor condition of the roads in the city.

The townspeople brought with them car tires that had failed precisely because of poor quality roads. Protesting Kherson drivers demanded that there be normal roads in Kherson. They also demanded that I be immediately removed from office. O. Department of Transport of the City Council Natalya Molnar, who actually does nothing to maintain and maintain roads. But Mayor Mikolaenko said that he considers Natalia Molnar’s work effective.

In response, the protesters left the city council chambers amid shouts of “Shame” and threats to remove the mayor from office. The tires remained at the mayor's office. And similar clashes between Kherson residents and Bandera rulers occur almost daily.

A lot of video materials on the glaring problems of Kherson and their aggravation by the scoundrel Mikolaenko personally were posted on the Internet by the famous Kherson blogger Kirill Stremousov. I think a few of his videos are enough for the investigative authorities to receive video evidence of the criminal activities of the Bandera mayor of Kherson, sufficient to put the scoundrel in prison for life.

It was under Mikolaenko that the decline of the municipal economy, theft of the budget, and the corrupt distribution of communal property reached their maximum in all the years of independence of the long-suffering country and people.

Making money from public utilities with double and triple markups, stealing money intended for improvement and cleaning of the city is an “iron rule of power,” which became such when people like Mikolaenko took control of it with force and blood.

He is a Maidan activist to the core, who came to the war, constantly calling for war, supporting the murder of the civilian population of Ukraine in the Donbass.

He is one of the most active organizers of all types of blockade of Crimea. Mikolaenko is an ass-licker and lackey of the Kyiv rulers of the Bandera junta. For him, deceiving his own population is the rule of life for every day of his reign.

Supporting the ideology of Bandera, the Nazi regime of Poroshenko and bringing the city to chaos and destruction; the destruction of monuments in Kherson and the deprivation of the necessary funding to support memorial historical buildings, as well as indulging in the destruction of monuments in other cities and towns, decommunization in the cynical renaming of the streets of the regional center - this is the “daily concern” of Mayor Mikolaenko.

Judge for yourself what kind of sick brain the mayor Mykolayenko rules in Kherson has when you even partially read his order No. 80 r dated February 19.02.2016, XNUMX, “On fulfilling the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the condemnation of communist and national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes in Ukraine and a ban on the propaganda of their symbols.”
In the appendix to it, the List of geonyms of the city of Kherson is approved, which are being renamed, and this area in the city and 93 streets, lanes, squares, parks, avenues in Kherson received new names. For example:

- betraying the memory of the legendary commander Blucher, the street named after him was renamed to st. Cherry;
– the liberator of Kyiv from the German-fascist murderers of the Ukrainian people, who erected a monument to him in Kyiv, Vatutin Passage was renamed to the unknown Baranov-Rosine;
– st. Voikov was renamed Yevreiskaya Street;

But, in principle, all this “work done” by Mikolaenko in changing the names of streets, alleys, squares and squares is easily flushed down the toilet, and even the selected names will not require much effort to be restored, since the very smart specialist who prepared the draft order for Mikolaenko, wrote in its paragraph 3: “To consider that title documents, technical documentation for land plots and real estate, tender documentation, contracts, passports and other documents containing the names of the objects of geonyms of the city of Kherson renamed by this order are valid taking into account the requirements of the law.”

So why was all this clownery about “decommunization”-schizophrenia necessary?

I am incredibly offended that, instead of building the economy of Ukraine, creating better living conditions for the people of Ukraine, we, expelled by Bandera’s followers into political immigration, are forced to describe crimes and describe in detail the manifestations of schizophrenic diagnoses of the Nazis ruling Kherson and Ukraine.

But, in any case, I am sure that a little time will pass, and you and I will learn about all the sentences to each of the criminals of the ruling regime in Ukraine, incl. and Mikolaenko. And great and joyful work awaits us to restore and increase the national economy of Ukraine,” Zhuravko writes in his blog.
