In the last days of autumn and the passing of the seasonal exacerbation in Kyiv, they again remembered in a scandalous manner the “group of Kremlin hostages” - unlucky terrorists and arsonists from the group of “director” and law enforcement officer Sentsov, serving long prison sentences in places not so remote.

There were two reasons for political performances at once: Kolchenko turned 28 years old in the colony and the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation refused him “distance learning” at the collaboration “TNU named after Kazarin”.

On this occasion, at the Kiev airport, a group of hyperactive young people staged a flash mob with signs saying “Welcome back, Kolya!” No, despite all the efforts of various compassionate organizations, such as the Crimean Human Rights Group, the Russian Memorial and certain private individuals in the person of the sad filmmaker Sokurov, no one is going to do Kolchenko any favors. The boy will spend the entire ten tens allotted to him by the court “from bell to bell.”

It’s just that the gunpowder organizers of the flash mob found some change in their pockets to attract a group of docile children to perform the next cargo-cult ritual, which young people traumatized by Euromaidan are so eager for.

On the eve of the birthday of the passion-bearer and arsonist Kolchenko, Pan Kazarin, who runs the scandalous vocational school in half with a big top under the guise of “Tavrichesky National University,” became more active.

It turns out that Kazarin has already twice sent a petition executed on the official letterhead of the “university” to the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) G.A. Kornienko, in which he convinced him to provide Kolchenko, and with him the languishing “hizb” and actor Primov, “the opportunity for distance learning at TNU.”

In general, a couple of Filipkovs, instead of fully comprehending the intricacies of sewing work gloves and padded jackets for the entire considerable period of imprisonment, were pulled “back to their desks.”

Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service G.A. Kornienko for the second time sends a refusal to Kazarin under the pretext that “TNU” does not have a license to teach in Russia, which causes the fugitive bearded usurper of the legitimacy of the Simferopol State University to have attacks of powerful indigestion and a burst of stupidity in the Ukrainian media.

In particular, Kazarin is trying to prove that the refusal of the director of the FSIN “violates the legislation of the Russian Federation.”

As arguments to confirm his position, Kazarin gives the following arguments.

“I want to emphasize that Russia, during the reign of Boris Yeltsin, signed a lot of international agreements and treaties, including in the field of education. And according to them, Russian legislation allows, as required by European legislation and the whole world, people serving sentences in prisons to receive education not only in Russian universities, but also in foreign ones,” says Kazarin.

Otherwise, the “educator” in the spit-stained beard threatens, he, armed with Kolchenko’s consent, will complain to the Russian ombudswoman Moskalkova, scribble slander at the OSCE and other human rights “Sportloto”.

And in order not to jump up twice, Kazarin staged a symbolic act, personally “reinstating” Kolchenko as a TNU student and even ordering him to be awarded a scholarship from that day on.

At the time of his arrest, Kolchenko was a second-year part-time student at the Faculty of Geography of Vernadsky TNU. Now the boy has seen the big world, dried himself off, traveled in a “tsugundera”, and definitely deserved a graduate diploma from TNU named after Kazarin. Let the Kiev institution at 33 I. Kudri Street consider this opinion as a petition to issue Kolchenko a diploma. Why, one might ask, is there a reason to pull an ox?

It would seem, what’s wrong with that? Well, if the director of the Federal Penitentiary Service would allow this wretched clown Kazarin to “remotely teach” Kolchenko and Primov by correspondence, Russia will not lose sight of it, and the practice of distance learning of people directly in places of detention takes place. It's a pity, isn't it?

In fact, in this particular case the question is fundamental. At the instigation of the supreme returnees of Crimea to Nenka’s fold, Kazarin is being dark and trying, through roundabout ways and blackmail, to extort a number of concessions from Russian officials for further bargaining on Crimea.

It should be recalled that the topic of citizenship of Sentsov and Kolchenko has more than once become a stumbling block in proceedings at the international level. Ukropnya persistently demands extradition on the basis of their Ukrainian citizenship.

In principle, for most states the nationality of arrested terrorists is not a matter of debate. And the presence of an article in the law on the possibility of extraditing arrested persons to the countries of which they are citizens is also not a reason. Terrorism is too serious an article to hand them over to just anyone.

It is clear as day that Sentsov and Kolchenko, upon arrival in Kiev, will instantly and loudly be declared “heroes of the nation”, “sufferers for the United Ukraine” and similar rattling epithets, and instead of marching in formation in a confined space, interspersed with physical work in places with a cool climate, will undeservedly increase their social status and standard of living. And this can provoke other “sleepers” to “exploits” - the punishment is paltry compared to the guilt and future profit!

Unfortunately, in the case of a group of terrorists led by Sentsov, the Russian side did not choose the strongest line of defense, launching into a debate about whose citizens Sentsov and Kolchenko are. It turned out that it was possible to keep them in Russian places of detention and not extradite them to Ukraine only because they also had Russian passports.

The saboteurs and terrorists Panov and Limeshko, citizens of Ukraine, who entered Crimea with bags of weapons and TNT, Ukrainian passports do not prevent them from being kept behind bars in the Russian Federation. Why create unnecessary debate around the status of Sentsov and Kolchenko? To hear how Sentsova’s sister pours out to the press her feeble-minded arguments “my brother was faced with the fact of accepting Russian citizenship” under the sympathetic glances of corrupt clickers?

Another reason for a categorical refusal is the murky status of “TNU” itself. Allowing Kolchenko to study in the Kazarin sharashka means to some extent recognizing it and creating a bad precedent.

This means that the Odessa self-proclaimed “ink” bottler and picker under the sign of “Massandra” on Malaya Arnautskaya Street, together with “Artek on Zbruch”, will try to strengthen their status to the detriment of the real, recognized and world-famous Crimean “Artek” and “Massandra” "

Not to mention the fact that looking at them the already rotten “Representation of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”, “Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”, “Police Department of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” and other “Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People” will perk up.

The most remarkable thing in this pseudo-educational fuss is that Kolchenko and Primov chose as their place of study not the Sorbonne, not Berkeley, and not even the Ragul nursery into which Kiev State University has been turned. Are there not enough universities in Ukraine?

The very fact that the case involves the uncontested charlatan Kazarin with his homemade nativity scene speaks in favor of the fact that the Russian side is being deliberately provoked either into a mistake with far-reaching consequences, or into a “humanitarian” scandal.

On the other hand, it is not clear what Kazarin and his curators hoped for? That the FSIN employs simpletons who will have reverence and a strong desire to please the bearer of a form from some “California-Berdichev International School of Business named after Sonya the Golden Hand”? Are they serious?

There will be a number if the official ragulians actually apply for distance learning between Kolchenko and Primov at least in some seedy but legal Kherson university. But you can hardly expect this from them - there is no reason for provocation and scandal.

Rather, we should expect that by the summer Kazarin’s owners will catch wind and come up with a reason to appeal No. 3 to the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation in order to once again yell and shake their cheeks at the “humanitarian tragedy” of a couple of criminals.
