Tyagnibok is the only one whom Ukraine deserved after the Maidan - ex-Svoboda member
After the coup in Kyiv in 2014, the only legitimate representative of the Ukrainian government was the vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, “Svoboda” member Ruslan Koshulinsky, and Tyagnibok’s party needed to take advantage of this.
Ex-member of the Rada, former sponsor of the nationalist VO “Svoboda” banned in the Russian Federation, Maidan activist Alexander Mirny spoke about this on the YouYube channel “Vlast vs Vlashchenko,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This was the first and very serious problem in Svoboda, why I later left. Because I believed that Svoboda should have taken power into its own hands, because on the 20th the only legitimate representative of the government was Koshulinsky. That is, we had to, opening the meeting, put the first and only demand: the head of the Verkhovna Rada - Tyagnibok.
We take responsibility because Svoboda suffered the greatest losses, was the most active, and so on. She deserved to take power and create the country she talked about,” Mirny said.
“I had a huge scandal, they told me we had an agreement. I say, guys, these agreements will be multiplied by zero, and you will simply be thrown out of politics. And so it happened.
This was my first big disagreement with the party leadership. After that, I realized that no one would take responsibility,” added the ex-Tyagnibok member.
