Tyagnibok: Ukraine capitulated in Donbass
Kyiv, September 16 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Verkhovna Rada’s vote for laws on amnesty and special status for Donetsk and Lugansk is Ukraine’s capitulation in the Donbass, said Svoboda leader Oleg Tyagnibok.

“The surrender in this war has been announced,” he said.
Ex-Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko voiced a similar assessment.
According to her, the law on special status implies “full control by Russian troops and terrorist groups introduced at the direction of Putin.”
“The November 9 elections will legalize Russian power in the Donbass... These laws will not bring peace, but will become a springboard for Putin to further conquer Ukraine,” Tymoshenko believes.
