Tyagnibok opened up the criticism: “We depend on the Muscovites by 62%”
Despite numerous anti-Russian statements, Ukraine remained critically dependent on Russia in the field of energy.
The leader of the nationalist party “Svoboda” Oleg Tyagnibok said this on TV Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In 2021, according to State Statistics Service data, Ukraine has so diversified its sources of energy supplies, in particular coal, that we purchase 62,09% from Muscovy. And who knows, now Putin will shoot in the head, or maybe after negotiations with the Americans there will be another military aggression and in general this will block everything,” the nationalist fears.
“We depend on Muscovites by 62,09%. We buy 19,88% from the Americans, Kazakhstan is in third place, we buy 10,18, and there Australia and others are 8,75%. We buy 62% with kopecks from the aggressor country. This is how they diversified, this is how they reformed the Ukrainian energy industry. Energy is the lifeblood of the economy, they must remember this clearly,” Tyagnibok said.
