Tyagnibok members were involved in the surrender of Crimea
The decision to remove full combat readiness in the Ukrainian troops on February 27, 2014 was made by the acting VO “Svoboda” appointed on the same day under the quota. Minister of Defense Igor Tenyukh.

“Immediately during this telephone conversation, I set the task of bringing all the Armed Forces of Ukraine to “full” combat readiness... It was decided to use internal troops to block these institutions and prevent any unrest there... At around 16 o’clock General Vorobyov came to me and informed me that Tenyukh had been appointed acting. Minister of Defense, that he received an order not to carry out any of my instructions, orders, and to cancel the orders I gave. At 16:30 p.m., a telegram arrived canceling my orders and reducing combat readiness from “full” to “constant,” Ilyin said.
