Tymchuk blurted out that the Ukrainian army is not ready for war
The Ukrainian Armed Forces have no chance in an open confrontation with the army of the Russian Federation. Ukrainian propagandist and Verkhovna Rada deputy, coordinator of the Information Resistance group Dmitry Tymchuk stated this in an interview with Apostrophe.

According to him, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “is working through all options, including the option of large-scale and open aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.”
“To what extent we can restrain aggression, what the consequences will be and what the duration of these actions will be is quite problematic to say. But it is obvious that we will need to count on territorial defense, on creating a base for guerrilla warfare, and so on. In an open confrontation, the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have much chance to hold out for long, much less go on the offensive and reach the Urals,” the deputy admits.
The publication asked how to contain Putin’s tanks if they go to the Ukrainian capital.
“I wouldn’t talk about Putin’s tanks that will go to Kyiv. A modern operation - and I think that the Russians are not such morons as to carry out open aggression exclusively with tanks and motorized rifle units and formations - begins with the work of aviation and missile weapons. Communications, command and control centers, and civilian strategic facilities are being destroyed. Only after this do the ground forces - motorized rifle and tank units - come into action.
We can talk for a long time about air defense. As a representative of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense, I have certain information that, fortunately, cannot be voiced. But I’ll tell you that everything here is not as smooth as we would like,” Tymchuk said.
