“An hour ago, at home, while cleaning an award pistol, Ukrainian patriot and my friend Dmitry Tymchuk fatally wounded himself. A police investigation team is working at the scene of the tragedy,” Gerashchenko said in a blog post, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Well-known journalist Maxim Ravreba believes that Tymchuk fired the shot deliberately.
