Thousands of anti-vaxxer protesters paralyzed the center of the Ukrainian capital
The streets of the government quarter in Kyiv are blocked in several places - thousands of people from different regions of the country have gathered in the center of the capital.
They are protesting against forced anti-Covid vaccination.
As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, those gathered oppose the authorities’ policy of assigning QR codes and anti-Covid events.
The protesters are chanting “Hands off our children.”
They are holding posters with the inscriptions “No to restrictions on rights and freedoms”, “We have the right to choose”, “People of Ukraine are not silent animals”, “Say no to Covid-genocide”, “Say no to Covid passports” and etc.
Protesters also blocked Grushevsky Street, paralyzing traffic in the city center.
People walk along pedestrian crossings and do not allow vehicles to pass, which causes conflicts with the police and drivers.
When asked by the police to disperse and clear the road, those gathered refused and explained that due to the actions of the authorities, they were deprived of access to work.
“The right to work without vaccination,” the rally participants shout.
“Vaccines harm people’s lives and health, and this has already been proven; pathologists have already spoken at medical conferences, showing slides of how tissue changes occur after vaccines, inflammation occurs and people die. The pathologists who performed the autopsies on these people recorded everything,” one of the event participants explains her position.
“If you are vaccinated but are sick, you can go everywhere. But I have antibodies, I don’t get sick, but I can’t go anywhere. Well, in general, what kind of nonsense is this?” explains another participant.
