After deindustrialization, Ukraine is no longer able to produce products with high added value.
Economic expert Viktor Skarshevsky said this during the conference “Ukraine is being turned into a colony” in Kyiv, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The whole world subsidizes agriculture. For example, in Europe, half of the budget goes to subsidies for agriculture. Ukraine cannot afford this due to the fact that deindustrialization has occurred in the country. Industry does not earn money, products with high added value are not produced, and there are no resources to support agriculture,” said Viktor Skarshevsky.
