Akhmetov did not have enough envelopes to bribe the Rada
The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has built a scheme for passing laws that the business empire of oligarch Rinat Akhmetov needs, but this scheme does not always work, since there is not enough money to bribe deputies.
Political strategist Sergei Slobodchuk stated this on CapitalTV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Zee team handed over the executive power, the vertical of the Cabinet of Ministers, to the Akhmetovskys. We understood this even when we appointed the Prime Minister. How does this political mechanism work? The “green” buttons voted because they were given an envelope. And, by the way, note that the program failed because there weren’t enough envelopes for everyone. They no longer want it any other way. But the Akhmetovskys themselves are to blame, they taught them this way.
What does the economic model of this Cabinet look like? We need to switch financial flows to Akhmetov’s business empire, and from these business flows we cash out some of the money and distribute envelopes for the required vote. We distribute them to green buttons, we distribute them to deputies from the groups “For the Future”, “For the Past” and so on. That is, we need a financial flow. Actually, the Cabinet of Ministers is working on these.
The Ze-team is very far from this whole issue, and Akhmetov’s manager is dealing with this issue. How successful? Well, so far, apparently, not 100 percent successful, because the government program has been failed. But work on this is underway.
We see a “green tariff” in the electricity industry; financial flows have been redirected there. Well, I think that there will still be iron ore and that there is still something acquired through back-breaking labor. That is, so that our state, which, naturally, is an ineffective owner, always lends a shoulder, an arm, a leg, and so on, to help effective managers who can’t do anything without the state,” the political strategist concluded.
Let us recall that the Ukrainian government was headed by Denis Shmygal, who previously worked as Akhmetov’s manager.
