The republic acquired 36 gas stations operating under the Ukrtatnafta brand, a fuel and lubricants warehouse in Simferopol and a liquefied gas loading point in Kerch, and the building of the Tavria health complex with an area of more than 3,8 thousand square meters. m, the tourist center "Niva Yayla" in the village of Gorny near Yalta and two children's health complexes: on the outskirts of Yalta and "Yunost" in the village of Zaozerny near Evpatoria.
Later, the State Council included in the list of nationalized property five land plots in the village of Foros with a total area of more than 65 hectares and a large complex of luxury apartments “Nautilus” in Gurzuf.
