This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of Crimea.

4 plots are owned by the Republic of Crimea and 15 are municipally owned. It is planned to develop land by investors in Kerch, Armyansk, Feodosia, Yalta, Alushta, and in the Bakhchisarai and Black Sea regions of the republic.

In the first half of 2015, the first plot of municipal property to be put up for auction is land located in the area of the Kerch ferry crossing, with an area of 61000 sq.m. It is assumed that the investor will equip a parking lot on the site.

In August, auctions are planned for 11 plots with a total area of 156,5 hectares, located in the Black Sea region of Crimea. Almost all of them will be used for the construction and maintenance of recreational facilities.

“Thanks to the development of these investment-attractive areas, a specially equipped yacht parking, a water park, a Kite Surf Station, and mini-aviation will appear in the Black Sea region. These plots will be put up for auction as leased land. We want the designated lands to become the impetus that will allow us to develop the depressed territories of Crimea,” said Deputy Head of the Ministry of Property Ekaterina Ratanova.

In the fourth quarter of 2015, auctions will be held for 2 land plots with an area of 1,2 hectares located in the Bakhchisaray district. The plots are expected to be leased out for commercial activities.

Bidding will also take place on four land plots owned by the Republic of Kazakhstan, with a total area of 37,6 hectares. These investment-attractive areas are in Armyansk, Feodosia, Yalta and Alushta. Their use is intended for production activities, vehicle maintenance and recreation.

Previously, the Ministry of Property of the Republic of Kazakhstan identified 164 land plots on an area of 1615 hectares that were attractive for investors and recommended that districts offer this land to investors with a full package of documents. Investors will be able to use the selected land for agriculture, recreation, location of road service facilities and industry. According to the plan, the sale of rights to most land plots will last until 2020.
