Crimean Alushta and the city of Krasnodon (LPR) became sister cities. This was announced today during the work of the Russia-Donbass integration committee.
The head of the administration of Alushta, Galina Ogneva, said that the program of cooperation between cities will include not only trips for Donbass youth to vacation in Crimea.

I think that we will also be able to have children from Lugansk and Krasnodon travel to us on vacation in the summer. And we will definitely bring our children, and we will definitely show how you can love and appreciate that region, that small homeland that each of us has today,” she said.
“We also went through a difficult period: 2014. But we experienced it in peace. Our youth can and should learn a lot from yours. I think that joint work will give good results,” said the mayor of Alushta.
