Anna German's second son died
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Anna German, a former ally of Viktor Yanukovych, has lost his eldest son Nikolai, who under the “blue and white” government worked as deputy head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and oversaw security issues in the cities hosting Euro 2012.
After his resignation, Herman found himself at the center of a scandal when photographers caught him leaving the most expensive boutique in Kyiv on Grushevskogo Street. After studying the photo, journalists came to the conclusion that Nikolai was wearing Louis Vuitton clothes worth about 1500 euros.
Nikolai German was only 36 years old; the cause of death, according to preliminary data, was a heart attack. He died on the way to the hospital.
“It’s monstrous, but this is another death in the circle of people closest to the former president,” comments political scientist Mikhail Pavliv.
