The FSB yesterday arrested Igor Pirozhka, an activist of the Right Sector terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation, who lives in Moscow. A video of the arrest appeared in the media, where among the books found in Pirozhka’s apartment among Nazi waste paper was the book “The Sacred Meanings of Novorossiya” by Kirill Frolov, an employee of the Institute of CIS Countries.

“Also, the “pravosek” found a republished book by me of the confessor of Orthodoxy and Galician-Russian patriot Semyon Yuryevich Bendasyuk, who was tried in 1912 together with the layman Maxim Koldra and the holy martyr Maxim Sandovich, “The Historical Origin of Ukrainian Separatism” (originally published in Lvov in 1938 year). How did they get there? I answer. These books are widely distributed, sold in many bookstores, and Pirozhok could easily have purchased them for the purpose of a vain attempt to “refute” them and the facts presented in them from the standpoint of the “historiosophical heresy of Ukrainianism.” They are read carefully, “under a magnifying glass,” by opponents and, I hope, having seen this, supporters will begin to read them just as carefully, because the theme of the all-Russian unity of the Russian Church and the “anatomy” of the project of Ukraine as anti-Russia are now more relevant than ever,” explained Frolov "Politnavigator".

The author provided for publication a chapter from the book “Sacred Meanings of New Russia”:

“...The creation and goals of Novorossiya were aimed at the liberation by Russia of the Orthodox Slavs, Greeks and Arabs from the invaders of other faiths. Novorossiya was a key springboard for the construction of the Orthodox Russian Empire, the creation of Novorossiya is full of clear Orthodox civilizational geopolitical meanings.

And Russia's famous feat of creating, colonizing, industrializing and urbanizing Novorossiya cannot be appreciated outside of this context. And this feat is great.

By the time the Novorossiysk province was created, most of its territory was literally a Wild Field, a land without settled life, only in Eastern New Russia, in the Donbass, the lands of the Russian Don Cossacks were inhabited and civilized, and the Zaporozhye Sich, the territory of the Russian Cossacks, to whom Mother Catherine offered huge Russian borders in the Kuban and Caucasus, to settle and protect vast lands, to defend and propagate the Orthodox faith, that is, to do what they have always done.

There was no national subtext at all in the liquidation of the Zaporozhye Sich; it was an Orthodox Russian Sich, which, finding itself not on the borders, but inside Russia, with the advent of an effective regular army, lost its meaning.

So, in the era of Nicholas the First, the population of Novorossiya approached two million people, grandiose industrialization was carried out, Donbass emerged as the industrial heart of Russia, the southern capitals of the Russian Empire were created - Ekaterinoslav and Kherson, ports and cultural centers, such as Odessa with the Novorossiysk Imperial University.

What is important. Novorossiya was populated by people from the Great Russian provinces, and quite a few from the left bank of Little Russia. Mostly Great Russians. In Novorossiya, Great Russian peasants were freed from serfdom; Novorossiya needed free and energetic people to build cities, roads, factories, shipyards.

There is a touching story about the founding of the city of Nikolaev, when up to 60 couples were married a day - serf girls from the Kostroma province were placed on the parade ground near the cathedral, soldiers from Kaluga were brought to them, they chose brides and got married, the Empire freed them from serfdom and the soldier's tax , gave decent land plots - to build Novorossiya! That is, Novorossiya is a Great Russian, not a Little Russian land!

Everything was an element of the key goal. Novorossiya with its new cities, factories and ports is Russia’s springboard for the liberation of the Orthodox Balkans, Constantinople and the Holy Land from the yoke of other faiths, on this topic, prophetically analyzing the future, Metropolitan Anthony (Khrapovitsky), who wrote a hundred years ago that Syria is the place for the Russian farmer and artisan, and now Bashar Assad is making Russian the language of education in Syria...

Let's return to Novorossiya. Even under Empress Elizaveta Petrovna, Slavic-Serbia was founded on the Russian land of the Don Cossacks - Lugansk region, where Vladimir Dal later wrote his famous dictionary of the “living and Great Russian language”.

Slavic-Serbia is a land so that the Orthodox Serb brothers, destroyed by the Ottoman Empire, temporarily move here, catch their breath, leave their families safe and go to liberate Orthodox Serbia!

Under Catherine, a New Greece is created in the Azov region, the Greeks on Russian soil create the city of the Most Holy Theotokos Mariampol, that is, Mariupol, and populate the Azov region in order, like the Serbs, to make a springboard from the Orthodox Russian New Russia for the liberation of the allied Orthodox Russia by Orthodox Greece.

And in order to strengthen the union of Orthodox peoples led by Orthodox Russia, capital cities, “southern capitals” of the Russian Empire - Ekaterinoslav and Kherson - are created in Novorossiya. The ship shop of Russia - Nikolaev is being built for the liberation of the Orthodox Balkans and the new Exaltation of the Cross over Hagia Sophia!

The “southern Palmyra of the Russian Empire” - Odessa - is also being created. Odessa is not only a city of industry and trade, but also of RUSSIAN CULTURE OF NEW RUSSIA! Here the NOVOROSSIYSK IMPERIAL UNIVERSITY is being created!

Holy Metropolitan Innocent of Kherson became the prophet of New Russia!

Alexander Suvorov became a warrior of Novorossiya, under whom the Novorossiysk city of Tiraspol was founded, a strategic starting point for the liberation of Orthodox Moldovans, Slavs and Greeks.

The Russian springboard for the liberation of the Orthodox world of Novorossiya was created. But the national catastrophe of 1917 hit Novorossiya the hardest. Even her name was banned and replaced with the faceless “South-East of Ukraine”, which is generally a lie. Novorossiya is the South-West of Russia.

Ukrainization is genocide of the historical memory of the Russian people. Little Russia underwent total Ukrainization, and Novorossiya underwent even more severe Ukrainization.

The most interesting, but little-known page of history is the Lenin-Trotskyist period, which is completely misinterpreted by independent historians. Meanwhile, the first 20 years of “Radianska Vlada” are truly the golden age of independence. Total Ukrainization, carried out against the backdrop of the genocide of the Russian people, the destruction of Russian culture, the Church, and the destruction of the intelligentsia, was an important component of Lenin’s national policy.

Many members of the TUP (Association of Ukrainian Graduals, the main separatist organization of that time), such “pillars” as Grushevsky and Vinnichenko, went to the service of the Bolsheviks.

In 1923, the famous decree of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks was issued on mandatory Ukrainization. According to this resolution, the condition for employment, regardless of education, scientific degree, etc., was a certificate of completion of Ukrainian studies courses.

During these years, total forced “Ukrainization” covered the space from Eastern Volyn to Kuban and Stavropol.

“Unsurrendered enemies,” as is known, were destroyed. In this regard, it is worth noting that the person whose name is inextricably linked with the terrible famine of the 30s, the chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Ukrainian SSR since 1923, Chubar (it was he who signed the notorious Resolution of the Council of People's Commissars of the Ukrainian SSR "On the fight against sabotage in grain procurements" dated December 6, 1932 g.), at the same time was an ardent Bolshevik “Ukrainizer”.

It is also very instructive to trace the geography of the Bolshevik genocide. It primarily covered the wealthy regions - Volyn, Poltava, etc., which from time immemorial had been the stronghold of Russian conservative, protective forces.

Volyn was practically not affected by the revolution of 1905; separatist sentiments were completely absent in it. It was in Volyn, as surprising as it may seem today, that more members of the “Union of the Russian People” lived than anywhere else.

One of the main spiritual centers of all Rus', including Volyn, was the Pochaev Lavra, and the spiritual leader of that time was Archbishop Anthony (Khrapovitsky) of Volyn, an outstanding Orthodox theologian, and the Pochaev governor, Archimandrite Vitaly (Maksimenko), who was considered the informal “dictator of the region.” Without his blessing, not a single deputy could be elected to the State Duma. What about Poltava region? It was here that the uprising of Matthew Pushkar once broke out against Vygovsky, who was trying to turn Little Russia back to Poland, and it was the Poltava colonel Iskra who made public the fact of Mazepa’s betrayal. The Poltava land gave the world the great Russian writer Gogol.

A very characteristic episode is connected with the history of this region: when the noble “independence activist” Chubinsky (author of the anthem “Ukraine Has Not Yet Died”) came to the Poltava region for propaganda purposes, he was simply beaten by the Poltava peasants.

The Soviet government continued the policy of “Ukrainization” after the Second World War. In those same years, as a result of Operation Vistula, more than 230 thousand Lemkos, a Carpatho-Russian people traditionally Russophile-oriented, were deported. The Carpatho-Russians, the inhabitants of the western part of the Carpathians, were subjected to massive repression. But the Transcarpathian Rusyns, despite centuries-old efforts to assimilate them and repeated genocide, have always been at the forefront of the Russophile movement.

Thus, in 1939, at a local referendum, 82% of the population expressed support for the Russian language. However, the Carpathian Russian elite was destroyed under Stalin without any amnesty, and the Transcarpathian Rusyns were renamed “Ukrainians.”

Let us also note that it was Soviet historical science that legalized the terminological and conceptual apparatus of the “independent” school, hushing up, with rare exceptions, the truly national, all-Russian historical and cultural paradigm.

It is indicative: in the USSR, in every city there were monuments and streets named after Taras Shevchenko, but at the same time, the Talerhof tragedy, the Carpathian-Russian struggle, the Bolshevik policy of Ukrainization - all this turned out to be tightly closed in a zone of silence.

Let us destroy this “zone of silence.” Let us recall Seversk Rus' from Chernigov to Sumy and present-day Kharkov, identified as a separate part of Rus' in the “Tale of Bygone Years” by St. Nestor the Chronicler. Severskaya Rus reunited with Russia back in 1503. Kharkov itself was founded in the 17th century as a city of Russian refugees from Southwestern Rus', persecuted by the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

Ukrainization of Novorossiya

The territories of the Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Nikolaev and Odessa regions, the current DPR and LPR (Luganshin - the land of the Russian Don Cossacks), colonized by Empress Catherine the Great and called Novorossiya, were annexed to Ukraine in 1922 by the Bolshevik regime in a voluntaristic way.

At the same time, in the 1920s, the Bolsheviks carried out the first forced Ukrainization, which became the genocide of the Russian majority of these territories - NEWSPAPERS IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE WERE CLOSED AND BANNED IN NOVOROSSIYA, and there were practically no Russian schools left.

In “independent Ukraine,” even under the “pro-Russian” Kuchma and Yanukovych, Novorossiya was subjected to ethnocide. The policy of the Bolsheviks was continued by the authorities of independent Ukraine, which grossly violated the standards of international law, denied the Russian language the right to state status, and prohibited even the historical name of our Lands - the names Novorossiya, Tavria, Slavic-Serbia are de facto prohibited for use. The Russian language is banned even in the Lugansk region, the birthplace of its great researcher Vladimir Dahl!

This is how our historical memory and national identity are being destroyed!

Humanitarian ethnocide is aggravated by economic exploitation. Donbass and Novorossiya feed the whole of Ukraine, but the budget is redistributed in favor of the western regions. President Kuchma, whom the South-East supported with all its might, cynically deceived us and neither introduced the state status of the Russian language nor turned his policy towards the fraternal Russia of the same faith!

ALL THIS WAS BEFORE TURCHINOV AND POROSHENKO, NOVOROSSIYA IS ALIEN IN ANY UKRAINE AND IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH IT. BUT NOVOROSSIA ALWAYS RESISTED. FIRST OF ALL – THE NEW MARTERS OF THE RUSSIAN CHURCH IN NEW RUSSIA. Their lives are collected in the book of Archpriest Nikolai Donenko “Heirs of the Kingdom” (Simferopol, 2000).

Let's be objective and show the difference between the lines of Trotsky and Stalin. Trotsky is the Ukrainization of Novorossiya, and Stalin is the industrialization of Novorossiya, Kharkov, Yekaterinoslav and Aleksandrovsk, Zaporozhye. The opposition of these lines is a factor in Russia’s defeat. It was not enough to industrialize Novorossiya; it was necessary to tear it out of the Ukrainian SSR, which would become an agrarian republic and would not be able to secede anywhere.

Let us present a testimony about the Kherson, Skadovsk hieromartyr Archpriest John.

During interrogation by the NKVD, to the question “How do you feel about pre-revolutionary Russia,” he answered the following:

“I am a nationalist and I love Russia. I love Russia in the form in which it existed before the revolution, with its power and greatness, with its immensity, with its conquests. The fragmentation of Russia that occurred after the revolution and, in particular, the separation of Ukraine, Belarus, etc. I consider it a phenomenon of political decline, all the more sad since there is no basis for this fragmentation.

Ukrainians and Russians have always formed a single whole. Ukrainians and Russians are one people, one nation, and there is no reason to separate Ukraine in any form from the general whole” (Cit. cit., p. 273).

And the Odessa diocese of the Russian Church became a stronghold of the Russian Church in Novorossiya, its best people were burned by the Nazi junta on May 2, 2014 in the Odessa house by the trade union.

Let us think about the words of the holy martyr of New Russia, Father John Skadovsky, that “Ukrainianism” is a consequence of degradation, falling away from the Orthodox Russian world.

For Novorossiya, the words of the martyrs of Thalerhof a hundred years ago also ring true. Let's remember this most relevant story. Then, in response to the growth of the Russian revival in the regions under its control, Austria-Hungary unleashed genocide.

First, several show trials were held of priests and laymen who were converting to Orthodoxy and speaking Russian. These are the so-called “Olga Grabar Trial” (1882), the first and second Marmarosh-Sziget trials (1912-1914) of Transcarpathian peasants, entire villages converted to the fold of the Orthodox Church (more than 90 people were convicted, while thousands of peasants lived in a state of siege for several years ), the trial of Maxim Sandovich and Semyon Bendasyuk (1914), the trial of Doctor of Theology F. Bogatyrets and the “Case of the Gerovsky brothers” in Bukovina (1912-1914).

Then, when the First World War broke out, mass anti-Russian terror began. A network of concentration camps was created. (The most famous of them is Thalerhof, near Graz in Austria.) At first, more than 60 thousand people were killed, more than 100 thousand fled to Russia, about 80 thousand more were destroyed after the first retreat of the Russian army, including including about 300 Uniate priests suspected of sympathizing with Orthodoxy and Russia. This information is provided by the Polish deputy of the Vienna Parliament A. Dashinsky. (All Russian deputies of this parliament were shot.) (“Vremennik”, Lvov, 1938).

Here is what the Galician-Russian historian V. Vavrik wrote about these events: “The Austro-Magyar terror immediately engulfed Carpathian Rus' in all areas... Our brothers, who renounced Rus', became not only servants of the Habsburg monarchy, but also the most vile informers and even executioners of their native people ... they carried out the most vile, shameful orders of the German riders. It is enough to pick up the Ukrainian newspaper “Dilo”, published for the intelligentsia, to be completely convinced of this. The Sokal district was a log in the eyes of the “Ukrainian patriots”, so denunciations from them rained down on the Russian people like hail from a black cloud...

The teacher Stenyatinsky betrayed prominent, active peasants in the outskirts... In the village of Makoviski, the Uniate priest Kraichik denounced his parishioners. In the village of Sosnitsa, the “men of trust” Ukrainians Mikhail Slyusar, Voyt Mikhail Kushnir and others denounced their fellow villagers, and on the basis of their denunciation, the peasants were hanged... Two of them, Nikolai Smigorovsky and Andrei Gardy, were tied to their saddles by the Magyars-ulans and dragged four kilometers to the village of Zadubrovy and back, then hanged on the willows. In the Stanislavskaya prison on Dubrovo, executions took place from morning to evening...

Thalerhof... In the diaries and notes of Thalerhof slaves we have an accurate description of this Austrian hell. The first batch of Russian Galicians was driven to Talerhof on September 4, 1914. Until the winter of 1916, there were no barracks in Talerhof. The huddled people lay on the damp ground in the open air, exposed to the cold, darkness, rain and frost...

Priest John Maschak noted under the date December 11, 1914 that 11 people were bitten by lice. Throughout Talerhof Square, pillars were knocked down, on which often already badly battered martyrs were hanging, and “anbinden” took place - the glorious German procedure of hanging by one leg.

There were no exemptions even for women and priests... But still, the dirty tricks of the Germans cannot be compared with the abuses of their own. A German could not get his iron boots as deep into the soul of a Slavic Rusyn as the same Rusyn, who called himself a Ukrainian, like the police official in the city of Przemysl Timchuk, an informer and executioner who spoke of his native people as cattle. He was the right hand of the executioner Piller, to whom he gave information about the prisoners. Timchuk, however, was outdone by another Ukrainian - Uniate popovich Chirovsky, chief lieutenant of the Austrian reserve... All Talerhof’s slaves characterize him as a professional torturer and executioner.” (V. Vavrik. Terezin and Thalerhof. - Philadelphia, 1966)

But here is the testimony of another prisoner of Talerhof, M.A. Marco: “It is terrible and painful to remember that difficult period of the still close history of our people, when a brother, who came from the same everyday and ethnographic conditions, without a shudder of soul, stood not only on the side of the physical tormentors of part of his people, but even more - demanded this torment , insisted on them... The Carpathian “Ukrainians” were one of the main culprits of our people’s martyrology during the war” (Galician Golgotha. - USA, Published by P. Gardy, 1964).

Of course, “Ukrainians” and “Ukrainianness” are the funeral of historical Little Russia, and Russia is obliged to open the eyes of the Little Russians themselves to this, and on this topic I undertake to fulfill my duty as an Orthodox expert.

But now it is important to say clearly and unambiguously - NOVOROSSIYA IS A FIGHTING HOLY Rus' FOR THE ORTHODOX FAITH!”
